We’ve successfully completed the letting of Ground Floor, Cypress Point, Skinner Lane, Leeds to a new coffee shop brand specialising in authentic Ethiopian coffee. The unit has been let on a new 12 year lease at the asking rent, on behalf of a private client. Another good news lockdown deal completed!
