Following the complete refurbishment of 4 Europa Court, Sheffield Business Park, Brackenridge Hanson Tate have concluded the letting of c 11,000 sq. ft. of Grade A offices at 4 Europa Court, Sheffield Business Park to Fulcrum.
Jonathan Wade commented “Fulcrum were already based at the business park and had occupied their offices for many years. Following a targeted marketing campaign we quickly identified that Fulcrum required smaller offices but still wanting to retain their own building.”
