On the fifth of our 12 deals of Christmas, acting on behalf of a private investor we negotiated the acquisition of a sale and leaseback portfolio let to Heron Foods Ltd.
All the properties were held on 20 year FRI leases let to Heron Foods Ltd benefitting from 5 yearly upwards only rent reviews increasing inline with CPI 1 -3% pa compound. The total passing rent was £310,000 pax.
