Following the negotiation of the lease renewal, we successfully sold a prime retail investment in Ashby De La Zouch let to Greggs to private clients of Andrew Butcher. The property sold for £205,000 representing a Net Initial Yield of 9.30%.
Prior to the sale, Ben Walker of BHT successfully agreed a new lease with Greggs for a term of 5 years from 30th February 2023 with a 3 year break option at a rent of £19,500 pax.
