We are delighted to have completed the letting of 26 The Grove, Ilkley to DeMontfort Fine Art t/a Clarendon on a new 10 year lease with a 5 year break at £62,500 pax. On behalf of private clients we took a surrender from Phase Eight and simultaneously let to DeMontfort, demonstrating the strength of the Ilkley retail market. BHT Building Consultancy provided professional services to the client on the external refurbishment and repairs to the property which including producing a Schedule of Works which were tendered and managed as part of the re-letting process. BHT BC also agreed and monitored the tenant’s shop-fit out works and managed joint contractors working on the scheme.
