On behalf of a private pension fund we’re delighted to have completed the retail investment sale of 24 Middleton Gardens, Manchester to a private London-based investor for a sale price of £435,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 8.8%.
The sale follows the letting to Betfred for a term of 10 years from 5th March 2024 with a tenant break in 2029 at a rent of £40,000 pax.
