BHT were instructed to market BBC Radio Sheffield as an Investment.
The property is let to the BBC until September 2029 at a rent of £188,212 pa. The BBC use the building as BBC Radio Sheffield Studios, Regional Newsroom and offices. It is a large site with low site cover offering the purchaser future redevelopment potential.
Following a targeted marketing campaign, a sale was agreed to a local Property Company.
