Brackenridge Hanson Tate manage a national portfolio of properties for Fairfax Securities. One of the retail properties in New Milton, Hampshire became vacant. BHT approached fellow PAI member Cowling & West to act jointly with them in the disposal of the property.
The shop occupies a prominent trading position in the centre of New Milton with nearby occupiers including Boots, Superdrug and Bradbeers Department store. The property comprises a ground floor retail unit with a self-contained 3 bed flat on the first and second floors. The freehold was sold with vacant possession to Arlington Limited for £261,000.
Robin Hanson, Director at BHT commented “When you manage property nationally, being a member of PAI is invaluable in giving us the ability to work with trusted, experienced local agents throughout the country!”
