- Harrogate, 10/12 Albert Street – under offer to an Estate Agent
- Hexham, 12 Fore Street – letting to a Clarks franchisee
- Louth, 62 Eastgate – letting to a local retailer
We also have strong levels of interest in properties we are marketing in Harrogate, Armley and Street Lane, Leeds so there is interest in the market, although principally at the moment it is for more affordable local shops from local retailers.
Undoubtedly the retail market does face some very difficult times but we are trying our hardest on clients’ behalf. The key is for Landlords to be flexible and strive to maintain income flows.
