BHT are delighted to announce that David Halliday has joined our team as a consultant to support our growing lease advisory department, working alongside Ben Walker and Flynn Burgess.
David acts for a number of clients including Subway, Bodycare, Praxis and private clients which will complement and enhance the department.
Ben and David are highly skilled surveyors, having a combined experience of 76 years in lease advisory. They have excellent knowledge of the North of England, indeed there are very few towns in which they have not had dealings. They cover all aspects of commercial property including industrial, office, retail as well as the leisure and medical sector and are therefore in a great position to advise clients on any lease events.
