On behalf of a private client, we’re delighted to have completed 2 lettings in quick succession at Erivan Park Industrial Estate, Sandbeck Way, Wetherby meaning the estate is now fully let.
We completed the letting of Unit 13 to Heron Electrical who occupy the adjacent unit and required additional space to support the growth of their business, we’re pleased to be supporting their growth and in doing so retaining a good tenant on the estate.
Shortly afterwards, we completed the letting of Unit 9 to Yorkshire Colour Works Limited who we’re pleased to welcome to the estate.
The units are 1,250 sq.ft each and £10 psf was achieved on each letting maintaining the newly established rental tone on the estate.
