Earthmill Maintenance Ltd have taken a new lease on Unit 12 which comprises 2,400 sq.ft and was previously occupied by VSWD. Earthmill also occupy the next door Unit 14 which comprises 4,841 sq.ft and have simultaneously renewed their lease in line with the new lease on Unit 12.
Earthmill specialise in supplying service and maintenance solutions to wind turbine owners across the UK, managing a fleet of over 300 turbines. We’re delighted to see another established tenant committing to the estate and maintaining the diverse tenant mix at Follifoot Ridge Business Park which is managed by BHT.
