Vehicle Safety and Warning Distribution Ltd have taken a new lease on Unit 2a which comprises 5,000 sq.ft and have relocated from Unit 12 on the estate.

Earthmill Maintenance Ltd have taken a new lease on Unit 12 which comprises 2,400 sq.ft and was previously occupied by VSWD. Earthmill also occupy the next door Unit 14 which comprises 4,841 sq.ft and have simultaneously renewed their lease in line with the new lease on Unit 12.
Earthmill specialise in supplying service and maintenance solutions to wind turbine owners across the UK, managing a fleet of over 300 turbines.
