A rent equating to £10.34 was achieved on each setting a new rental tone on the estate.
The Estate is located on Low Hall Road with direct access from the main Leeds Ring Road (A6120), approximately 5 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport and 6 miles from Leeds City Centre.
