Dating from the 1950s the building comprises 15,170 sq ft. of detached industrial unit and was sold for £650,000 to an owner occupier, moving from leasehold premises in Thorp Arch. Despite the current market uncertainties, the deal represents the high level of demand for occupiers to take advantage of continued low interest rates and invest in their own premises.
