We’re delighted to have completed the letting of 57-60 Carolgate, Retford to Poundland on a new 5 year lease on behalf of a private client.
The unit was previously occupied by Wilko, following the news of their administration we undertook a short targeted marketing campaign and are pleased to have successfully secured Poundland as a tenant for our client. Poundland are another great addition to the already long list of established retailers on Carolgate.
The unit totals 20,433 sq.ft including circa 15,000 sq.ft of open plan sales at ground floor and occupies a prime location on the town’s primary retailing area. The unit benefits from an extensive rear yard which provides parking for a number of cars and loading.
