On behalf of private clients we have successfully completed the letting of 46 Toll Gavel, Beverley to Oliver Bonas for a term of 5 years at a rent of £55,000 pax.
The letting adds another established name to the busy pedestrianised Toll Gavel with a diverse range of occupiers including The White Company, Carluccios, Hotel Chocolat, Jojo Maman Bebe and Boots.
