On behalf of a private client, we’re delighted to have completed the letting of 51 Street Lane, Leeds to St George’s Crypt.
The shop is located within the main retail parade on this popular suburban street in North Leeds, within 5 miles of Leeds City Centre. The parade comprises a number of national occupiers including Cooplands Bakers, RSPCA, Brosgills Opticians and a number of well-known local occupiers.
St George’s Crypt are relocating on the parade due to their need for additional space.
We’re delighted to have completed the letting, securing an established local charity as a tenant for our client.
