On behalf of a private client we’re delighted to have recently let 6/8 Cambridge Street, Harrogate to EE for their new connected store format. This represented an upsize and relocation for EE.
Our client acquired the property from an institutional investor with a vacant unit. We successfully surrendered the lease of the adjoining unit, 6 Cambridge Street which was previously let to a sole trader and combined the units to facilitate the letting to EE.
The units were comprehensively refurbished and redesigned with new shop fronts and fascia’s.
