We have recently taken over the management of a circa 100,000 sq.ft. portfolio of industrial estates on behalf of Marrtree Investments Ltd located in Bradford and Keighley, with notable tenants including Toolstation, City Electrical Factors, Clifton Trade Bathrooms, and Bradford College.
The portfolio totals 29 units with a total rent roll of over half a million pounds.
We have 135 estates under management across the country, with over 500 tenants and a rental income of £8.3 million, on behalf of over 60 clients.
