The property comprises 6,060 sq.ft and has two suites on the ground and first floor. Our clients have just commenced a refurbishment on the common parts and vacant first floor office suite.
This adds another instruction to our growing management department. We manage property from Poole on the South Coast to Dundee in Scotland with a rent roll now over £16m.
