We are delighted to announce we have formed a newco, BHT Land & Development Ltd. Dai Powell BA (Hons) MRICS has joined as a shareholder and director to run this company.
The company will advise on residential land and the housing sector on development and delivery strategy, disposals, acquisitions, valuation, viability and other specialist work.
It is a new business line for BHT and will sit alongside BHT Ltd and BHT Building Consultancy to provide advice to existing and new clients.
