We are delighted to announce we have formed a newco BHT Land & Development Ltd. Dai Powell BA(Hons) MRICS has joined as a shareholder and director to run this company.
The company will advise on residential land and the housing sector on development and delivery strategy, disposals, acquisitions, valuations, viability and other speciality work. It is a new business line for BHT and will sit alongside BHT Ltd and BHT Building Consultancy to provide advice for existing and new clients. The newco will complement the existing businesses and continue to drive expansion.
