The property was let to UK Plumbing Supplies Ltd on a 5 year lease from July 2021 at a passing rent of £110,000pax and CTD Tiles on a 2 year lease from March 2022 at a passing rent of £36,925pa.
Following a targeted marketing campaign we received several offers considerably in excess of asking terms, reflecting a Net Initial Yield of 4.21%.
