We are delighted to announce that Granton James founded and owned by Scott Morrison has merged with BHT.
Scott joins as a Director and Shareholder and will play a key role in growing and expanding the agency and transactional side of the business, as well as being a valuable member of the leadership team.
Scott is highly experienced in the industrial/warehouse sector dealing with lettings, sales, acquisitions, development, investment and lease advisory. Prior to founding Granton James, Scott was Head of Industrial Agency at LSH.
