Prime Leeds Warehouse Investment Sale completed

BHT were recently instructed to discretely market a prime warehouse counter unit in Leeds. The property was located at Springwell Court and let to Ian Dunford Ltd on a lease until February 2025 at a passing rent of £25,000 pax equating to only £6.29 per sq. ft.

Following a targeted marketing campaign we sold the property for £345,000 reflecting a Net Initial Yield of 7%.
