BHT were recently instructed to market a prime trade warehouse investment in Hayes. The property was let to UK Plumbing Supplies Ltd on a 10 year lease from July 2021 at a passing rent of £90,000pax. The passing rent was highly reversionary, equating to only £9.34 psf.
Following a targeted marketing campaign we received several offers considerably ahead of the asking price. The successful party, Pembury Real Estate performed to agreed timescales.
