Acting on behalf of a Landlord, BHT have agreed a rent review together with lease extension on industrial warehouse premises in an established commercial location off Gelderd Road in Leeds.
Ben Walker, Head of Professional Services at BHT, dealt with the instruction and was able to secure a 33.5% increase in the passing rent along with a short-term extension to the existing lease. The increase in rent agreed demonstrates the growth in rents for well-located industrial warehouse premises and the benefit of taking professional advice to achieve the best results.
