We provide a range of valuation services to clients to include the assessment of Market Value, Fair Value, Market Rent and Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments. Valuations can be provided for all types of commercial property including retail, industrial, office and leisure.
Valuations can be in accordance with RICS Valuation Guidance where required and we have appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance in place. All valuations will by an RICS qualified surveyor and audited by an RICS Registered Valuer. As part of The Commercial Property Network, national valuation mandates have been agreed with several pension companies and BHT cover the Yorkshire region. We also regularly provide updated portfolio valuations for clients for various purposes including company accounts and tax requirements.

Pension Funds
We act on behalf of a number of pension funds providing valuations in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards (the Red Book) together with lease renewal and rent review advice. As Members of the Commercial Property Network, BHT undertake pension fund valuations as part of a national remit with some pension funds.
Financial accounts and asset valuations
Valuations can be undertaken for financial accouting purposes or asset valuation on individual properties and portfolios.
