BHT have recently acted on the acquisition of this substantial industrial complex in Sheffield for In – Site Property Solutions Ltd. Initially 2 modern high bay units totalling over 80,000 sq ft will be refurbished and offered to the market, with a further 124,000 sq ft leased to Howmett, and earmarked for future refurbishment and redevelopment.
