On behalf of Vistry Yorkshire, we have successfully completed the assignment of the lease of Second Floor, Unit C, South Quay, Lakeside Boulevard, Doncaster to Venatu Consulting Ltd.
The property overlooks the lake on Lakeside Boulevard and comprises 5,508 sq.ft of Grade A office suites across two offices either side of the office core on the second floor of the building.
