The property extends to over 10,000 square feet and occupies a unique position with frontage onto Ilkley railway station which was used by over 1.175 million passengers for the 12 months to March 2024. The development includes other notable occupiers including Hotel Chocolat, Weird Fish, Pizza Express, The Post Office, Caffe Nero, Go Outdoors, and Mountain Warehouse.
