On the tenth day of our 12 deals of Christmas, on behalf of long-standing client, Skipton Building Society, BHT have completed the renewal of three branch leases at Bristol, Perth and Headington, Oxford.
BHT provide a range of services to Skipton Building Society including lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions, relocations, disposals, dilapidations, branch surveys and valuation advice.
