We’re delighted to have completed the letting of Unit 3 Eden Business Park, Malton to Commscope Design and Integration UK Ltd on a new 10 year lease with 5 year break at a rent equating to £7.50psf.
The unit comprises a 5,000 sq.ft mid terrace industrial/warehouse unit within a secure fenced and gated yard and constructed in 2019 as part of Phase 1 of the development scheme.
Commscope also occupy Units 5&6 and take on Unit 3 to provide them with valuable additional warehousing space, we’re delighted they’ve further committed themselves to the business park.
We have also successfully renewed the lease with the current tenant of Unit 4, the adjacent unit which shares the service yard and also comprises 5,000 sq.ft.
