Negotiation of rent and lease terms; advising on service of, and response, to statutory notices; preparing Heads of Terms; instructing solicitors; negotiating interim rents.
Rent Reviews
Negotaiting revised rent in accordance with lease terms and market rental evidence; preparation and completion of rent review memorandum; advice on serving Calderbank offers and pursuing third party settlement by way of Arbitration or Independent Expert.
Lease Re-gears
Providing advice to both Landlords and Tenants on opportunities to re-gear leases to increase value or secure incentives by increasing lease terms, removing break clauses etc.
Dispute Resolution
Advising on dispute resolution options and costs; acting as Expert Witness; providing Expert Reports in Arbitration, Independent Expert and Court proceedings.
